Spring
Spring at Saint-Malo is a privileged season. From April to June, temperatures from 13°C to 19°C, exceptional Atlantic light, town awakening. May hosts the Étonnants Voyageurs Festival (literature, one of Europe's most important). Ideal to combine ramparts, old town, beaches, day trips to Cancale, Mont Saint-Michel (45 min) and Dinan. Rivage villas at their best rates.
Summer
Summer at Saint-Malo is festive. World Folk Festival in July, maritime celebrations, significant crowds but unique atmosphere. Favour morning sessions on the ramparts, beaches in the afternoon, intra-muros terrace dinners in the evening. 18°C water — swimming possible despite the latitude.
Autumn
Autumn anoints Saint-Malo as an authentic cultural destination. September offers perfect conditions (thinning crowds, golden light, first Cancale oysters), October extends with intimate atmosphere. Ideal season to combine corsair culture and Breton gastronomy.
Winter
Winter at Saint-Malo is an authentic season. Winds and agitated sea give the town its most emblematic version (corsair, maritime). Intra-muros Christmas markets, warm restaurants, Mont Saint-Michel day trips without crowds. Villas with fireplaces recommended.

Rainy Breton winter. 7°C, strong winds, agitated sea. Ramparts open but uncomfortable.
February+
Same as January. Étonnants Voyageurs Festival in May but preparation.
