Every Rivage guest is looked after by a dedicated member of the concierge team from the moment a booking is confirmed to the morning of your departure.
We are small on purpose. Your concierge will know your booking, your preferences, and the particular rhythm you have asked the house to keep. They will have already spoken to the housekeeper, the gardener, and the cook before you have even packed.
Our members tend to ask us for the obvious things — a private chef for Sunday lunch, a sommelier to guide the cellar, a captain with a well-kept gulet — and the less obvious: a piano tuned before an anniversary, a portrait photographer flown in for an afternoon, a local historian invited for an early-evening walk.
