Terms of Service

1. Who we are

Rivage SAS is a company registered in Paris, France, with offices in London, New York, Saint-Tropez, Porto-Vecchio, Milan, Athens, and Marrakech. References in these terms to "Rivage", "we", "us", and "our" mean Rivage SAS.

2. Our role

Rivage introduces guests to privately-owned residences. We are not the owner of the homes offered on the platform, and we act as an intermediary between members and property owners. The rental contract for each stay is concluded between the guest and the owner (or their nominated representative), with Rivage as facilitator.

3. Bookings

Bookings are confirmed once payment of the initial instalment has been received and a written confirmation has been issued by Rivage. Until that moment, prices, availability, and terms are indicative only.

4. Cancellations

Cancellation policy is stipulated for each residence individually, and is shared in writing before confirmation. In exceptional circumstances, our concierge team will act as intermediary to find an equitable solution for both parties.

5. Conduct

Guests are expected to treat the residences, their staff, and their neighbours with respect. Rivage reserves the right to refuse service at its sole discretion.

6. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
