How do I make a booking?
Begin by enquiring on the residence page or writing to hello@rivage.co. A member of our team will be in touch within the working day to walk you through dates, terms, and the shape of your stay.
Is membership required?
Rivage is, for now, open to guests and members alike. Our member list exists to give a small group of friends early access to new houses, private events, and the full depth of the concierge service.
What is included in the price?
Each residence is priced on a weekly basis and includes full housekeeping, linens, a welcome pantry, and the attention of your dedicated concierge. Chef, chauffeur, and other bespoke services are arranged individually.
Are pets welcome?
Some residences welcome dogs; others do not. Tell us about your companion when you enquire and we will match you with a house that will receive them well.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms are specific to each residence and are confirmed in writing before a booking is finalised. In the rare case of an exceptional circumstance, our concierge team acts as intermediary to find an equitable solution with the owner.
Do you operate outside Europe?
We maintain a small selection of houses in North Africa and the Mediterranean basin. We expect to grow carefully, and only where we can employ people we already know and trust.
