Rivage represents a small register of private residences, chosen with care and kept small. We typically take on fewer than a dozen new houses a year.
Our relationship with owners begins with a conversation, not a contract. A member of our team will visit the house, stay if possible, and walk it through the rhythm of a Rivage booking in person. We will talk through rates, cancellation terms, the weeks you wish to keep for yourself, and the kind of guest you hope to host.
Houses on the register are marketed exclusively through Rivage. We coordinate housekeeping, guest arrivals, the welcome pantry, and the follow-up after each stay. Our commission is transparent and agreed in writing before any listing goes live.
